Today’s Comcast University has 550 learning and development professionals divided among five colleges, one for each business function. Talent development initiatives include boot camps for high-potential employees, various leadership forums, and an executive leadership advancement program for high potentials. The learning enterprise is supported by a powerful governance structure created to help drive the learning agenda and align outcomes with business metrics.
